Immersive Island Retreat
Terms and Conditions for Retreat Participation:
Booking and Payment:
To secure your reservation for the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required.
Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to the start date of the retreat.
Payments can be made via bank transfer/ stripe/ PayPal.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The non-refundable deposit of £200 will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 6 weeks prior to the start date will receive a 60% refund, excluding the non-
refundable deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the retreat start date.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided for 5 nights and 6 days in comfortable facilities.
Room preferences will be accommodated based on availability and on a first-come, first-served
basis.
Private Boat Tour:
Participants will enjoy a private boat tour for a day, exploring the waters around North Uist to
observe dolphins and other wildlife.
The schedule and route of the boat tour are subject to weather conditions and the captain’s
discretion.
Meals:
Three delicious and nutritious meals will be provided daily, along with snacks and fresh fruit.
Dietary restrictions and preferences should be communicated in advance to ensure appropriate
meal options.
Workshops and Activities:
Transformational life coaching workshops, daily yoga classes, cacao ceremony, sound healing,
guided meditation, vocal activation, and group excursions are included in the retreat package.

The schedule of workshops and activities is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances.
Community and Connection:
Participants will have the opportunity to connect with a supportive community of like-minded
women during the retreat.
Facilities:
Convenient parking is available for participants.
A reliable Wi-Fi connection is provided for the duration of the retreat.
Transportation:
A pick-up and drop-off taxi service will be arranged for participants arriving at or departing from
Benbecula Airport or Lochmaddy Ferry Port.
Liability:
Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat.
The retreat organisers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses that may occur
during the retreat.
Miscellaneous:
Participants are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the retreat organisers for the
smooth running of the program.
Any additional costs incurred during the retreat (personal purchases, spa services, etc.) are the
responsibility of the participant.
